Hi! My name is Tasch
I graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2011. Since then, I have had the privilege to work alongside children, adolescents and adults within the disability and mental health sector.
Following further study in Art Therapy, I was awarded my qualifications as an Art Psychotherapist in 2019. I love using creativity therapeutically within my therapy sessions.
I am passionate about collaboratively working with clients to progress towards their goals using creative and individualized methods.
Therapy is a collaborative process where the therapist walks alongside the client for a period of time, sharing their journey and learning from each other!

I will work with you to develop a customized approach of how you would like your services to look.

- Creative Abilities Occupational Therapy provides assessment and therapy services to participants in their home and in the community, as well as online.

Service Process
1. Initial paperwork
- Intake form
- Introductory phone call
2. Initial appointment
- 90-minute initial consultation at a place convenient to you.
- Get to know you
- Setting therapy goals
- Making plans for assessment and intervention (i.e., service delivery)
- Collaboratively developing and signing the service agreement.
- Complete consent forms
3. Service Delivery
- Weekly, fortnightly or monthly occupational therapy sessions targeting your therapy goals.
- At home, school, workplace, in the community or via tele-health.
4. Progress reports
- Regular progress updates outlining achievements towards therapy goals.
For NDIS participants
- Progress reports are required by the NDIS
- Reports are submitted a minimum of 6 weeks before your NDIS plan end date
- Reports outline progress against current NDIS plan goals.
- Part of the progress reports specify recommendations for the upcoming plan, including updated goals and occupational therapy recommendations.
5. NDIS plan review
- Only applicable to NDIS funding recipients
- A representative of the NDIS contacts you to arrange a plan review meeting.
- Plan review
- You receive a new NDIS plan.
Funding
Currently accepting:
- NDIS self-managed or plan managed plans. Funds are drawn from the Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living line item.
Fees are consistent with the current NDIS price guide and are periodically reviewed in consultation with professional bodies. The frequency and duration of individual therapy sessions will be discussed with you during your initial meeting, during which a schedule of services will be developed.
- Private funding - Medicare rebates available with a referral from your GP.
